1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Zaroz Cloud (operated by Grupo Zaroz S.L., hereinafter "Zaroz Cloud", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services

Zaroz Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to game server hosting, Discord bot hosting, static website hosting, managed databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Valkey), and voice servers (TeamSpeak 3, Mumble). Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if between 13 and 18, to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. In case of disputes, please contact our billing team at billing@zaroz.cloud.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any applicable local, national, or international law; (b) distribute malware, spam, or malicious content; (c) conduct denial-of-service attacks or any activity that disrupts our infrastructure or that of third parties; (d) host illegal content including but not limited to copyright-infringing material, child exploitation material, or content promoting violence or hatred; (e) mine cryptocurrency without explicit written authorisation; (f) resell our services without a valid reseller agreement. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain a 99.9% monthly uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Unplanned outages may occur and we will work to restore services as quickly as possible. Downtime caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, upstream provider outages, DDoS attacks exceeding our mitigation capacity) does not qualify for service credits. For service credit claims, contact support@zaroz.cloud within 7 days of the incident.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. Your data is stored in our facilities located in Madrid, Spain. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may retain certain data after account termination as required by law or for fraud prevention. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@zaroz.cloud.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content provided by Zaroz Cloud remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of all content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You warrant that you have the right to upload and use any content stored on our infrastructure.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if we believe continued service poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaroz Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
