What can a reseller sell?

Game servers only. Cloud hosting is not part of the reseller program.

How do I set my prices?

Your reseller account has a price multiplier that is applied to our base prices for the orders that come through your shop. It cannot be lower than 1.

Can customers see my brand and not yours?

Yes. A reseller account has its own brand name, colours, icon and panel address, and the shop and the panel use them.

How and when do I get paid?

Your dashboard lists your earnings and payouts. The amounts and the schedule come from the terms we agree with you, so ask sales for them.

What does an affiliate link do?

Every new registration through the link is counted, and part of what those customers pay is yours. The affiliate terms say how much and when.

How do I apply?

To become a reseller, write to sales with a few lines about your community or business. Affiliates do not need to apply: log in and create a link in your referral settings.
